Honda Cars registers sales of 7,508 units in Aug’26

New Delhi, September 2, 2026: Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), a leading manufacturer of premium cars in India, announced that it recorded total sales of 7,508 units with domestic sales of 5,385 units and exports of 2,123 units in August 2026.

Sharing his thoughts on the sales performance, Mr. Kunal Behl, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd. said, “August delivered a strong sales performance with 40% growth in domestic sales driven by robust festive demand starting from Onam and good response to New City and ZR-V.  We remain optimistic of retaining this momentum and building on the strong customer response across our portfolio.” The company had registered 3,850 units in domestic sales and 2,924 units in exports during August 2025.
