Vishal Fabrics Limited Q2 FY26 PAT up 64.6% YoY to ₹10.70 crore

Ahmedabad, 14 November: Vishal Fabrics Limited (BSE: 538598 | NSE: VISHAL), a leading denim fabric manufacturer and part of the Chiripal Group, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Total Income of the company stood at ₹433.31 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a YoY growth of 12.6% from ₹384.83 crore in Q2 FY25. Vishal Fabrics reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹10.70 crore, up 64.6% YoY from ₹6.50 crore in Q2 FY25.

Total income for H1 FY26 stood at ₹830.50 crore, up 14.7% from ₹724.93 crore in H1 FY25. PAT rose to ₹19.86 crore, a YoY increase of 64.5% from ₹12.07 crore in H1 FY25.
