25 મેઇનબોર્ડ IPOએ સપ્ટેમ્બરમાં 13000 કરોડ એકત્ર કર્યા પરંતુ મોટાભાગના લિસ્ટિંગમાં નિરાશા
અમદાવાદ, 3 ઓક્ટોબરઃ સપ્ટેમ્બર મહિનો ભારતીય પ્રાઇમરી માર્કેટ માટે ત્રણ દાયકામાં સૌથી વ્યસ્ત મહિનો હતો, જેમાં 25થી વધુ કંપનીઓએ મેઇનબોર્ડ IPO દ્વારા રૂ. 13,૦૦૦ કરોડથી વધુ એકત્ર કર્યા. છતાં, મોટાભાગની લિસ્ટિંગ ડેબ્યૂ પર રિટર્ન આપવામાં નિષ્ફળ ગયા હોવાનું જોવા મળ્યું છે.
આવેલા 17 IPOમાંથી, આઠ તેમના ઇશ્યૂ ભાવથી નીચે લિસ્ટેડ થયા, જ્યારે અન્ય 8 IPOમાં સાધારણ રિટર્ન જોવા મળ્યું હતું. એકમાત્ર અર્બન કંપની લિમિટેડ હતું, જેણે 6૦ ટકા મજબૂત પ્રીમિયમ સાથે ડેબ્યૂ કર્યું હતું.

જ્યારે જારો ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઓફ ટેકનોલોજી મેનેજમેન્ટે લિસ્ટિંગમાં 16 ટકા ધબડકો નોંધાવ્યો હતો., ગણેશ કન્ઝ્યુમર પ્રોડક્ટ્સ અને સોલારવર્લ્ડ એનર્જીએ અનુક્રમે 9 ટકા અને 8 ટકા ઘટ્યા હતા. તો સાત્વિક ગ્રીન એનર્જી, આઇવેલ્યુ ઇન્ફોસોલ્યુશન્સ અને VMS TMT પણ ઇશ્યૂ ભાવથી લગભગ 5 ટકા નીચે ટ્રેડ થયા હતા.
આગામી બે મહિના માટે IPO પાઇપલાઇન સારી સંખ્યા દેખાઈ રહી છે, કેટલાક ઇશ્યુઅર્સ તેમની ઓફરિંગમાં વિલંબ કરી શકે છે. અને ઘણા IPO ની કિંમત અગાઉના ફંડિંગ રાઉન્ડથી ઓછી હોઈ શકે છે. નિષ્ણાતોએ એમ પણ નિર્દેશ કર્યો હતો કે વિક્રમ સોલાર અને અન્ય ઇશ્યુ પણ ઇશ્યૂ પ્રાઇસથી નીચે ટ્રેડિંગ કરી રહ્યા છે.

SME સેગમેન્ટમાં અભૂતપૂર્વ પ્રવૃત્તિ નોંધાઈ હતી, જેમાં 53 IPO એ રૂ. 2,309 કરોડ એકત્ર કર્યા હતા – જે એક મહિનામાં અત્યાર સુધીનો સૌથી વધુ છે, સોદાની સંખ્યા અને ભંડોળ એકત્ર કરવાની દ્રષ્ટિએ. જોકે, કામગીરી અસમાન હતી. લિસ્ટેડ થયેલા 36 SME IPOમાંથી, 15 નેગિટિવ ખુલ્યા, નવ ફ્લેટ હતા, અને ફક્ત 12 એ ડબલ ડિજિટ એટલેકે 20-100 ટકાનો મજબૂત લિસ્ટિંગ લાભ આપ્યો હતો.

સૌથી વધુ SME નબળા પ્રદર્શન કરનારાઓમાં NIS મેનેજમેન્ટનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, જેનો શેર 28 ટકા ઘટ્યો હતો, જ્યારે Sugs Lloyd અને JD Cables દરેક 24 ટકા ઘટ્યા હતા. Oval Projects Engineering માં 19 ટકા અને Vashisht Luxury Fashion માં શરૂઆતથી જ 16 ટકા ઘટાડો થયો હતો.
