SUNPHARMA – Directional Long: The stock is trending near to multi week lows with key support on its monthly charts in range of 1560-1610 levels. It has completed his 38.2% retracement of the previous move (1068-1959) levels and even the time correction since its high it tested in Sep’24. Its daily RSI is trending near the lower band of range, and we expect reversal from current levels as other key technical indicators are also being oversold. Long position can be initiated in the range of Rs 1620-1668 with a target of Rs 1930 and stop loss of Rs 1525 on closing basis.

VBL – Directional Long: The stock is trading in an inside range of the previous week candle near the lows indicating some exhaustion and a reversal on the cards. It has witnessed positive momentum with large volumes after a sell off and poised to cross the short-term averages and suggests better risk reward. Its weekly RSI is poised for a bullish crossover and other key technical indicators are being oversold from current levels. Long position can be initiated in the range of Rs 465-482 with a target of Rs 565 and stop loss of Rs 431 on closing basis.
