ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund launches BSE Power ETF

Ahmedabad, 28 October: ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced the launch of the ICICI Prudential BSE Power ETF. The BSE Power Index comprises constituents of BSE 500 Index that are classified as per the following Basic Industries as defined in the common India Industry Classification Structure- Heavy Electrical Equipment, Power Generation, Integrated Power Utilities, Power-Transmission, Power Trading, Power Distribution, Other Electrical Equipment.

The NFO is starts from October 26 to October 30. With the launch of ICICI Prudential BSE Power ETF, investors can access a diversified basket of companies across this value chain through a single investment. As India’s energy needs continue to evolve, the scheme provides investors with an avenue to participate in the long-term potential of the power sector.
