Runwal Enterprises IPO Subscribed 2.50 Times on Final Day; NII Portion Leads at 3.94 Times
New Delhi, 29 September 2026: The Initial Public Offering of Runwal Enterprises Limited was subscribed 2.50 times on the final day of bidding. The issue received bids for 3,03,19,681 equity shares against the 1,21,11,294 equity shares on offer, according to data available on the stock exchanges. Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Investors portion were subscribed 1.12 times and 3.94 times, respectively. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was subscribed 3.89 times, while the Employee Reserved portion was subscribed 1.13 times.
