JUSTO Announces New Residential and Commercial Business Wins of Approximately ₹166 Crore
Mumbai, 17 September 2026: JUSTO Realfintech Limited (“JUSTO” or “the Company”), a listed real estate sales and advisory platform, has secured new business opportunities aggregating approximately ₹166 crore across Maharashtra.
The new business comprises a residential mandate of approximately ₹70 crore in Nashik and commercial business opportunities of approximately ₹96 crore in Pune through Chestertons India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
JUSTO has added Ayodhya Central Park, a residential development by Harak Patil Buildcon, to its mandate portfolio. Under the mandate, JUSTO will support the project through market strategy, sales and marketing execution, technology-led market intelligence and channel-partner engagement.
The mandate expands JUSTO’s residential business presence in Nashik and is aligned with the Company’s strategy of strengthening its presence across key real estate markets.
Chestertons India Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Company has added a commercial mandate covering approximately one lakh square feet in Karve Nagar, Pune, to its portfolio.
The addition broadens Chestertons India’s commercial real estate presence in Pune and supports the development of its advisory and transaction-related business in the region.
