Motilal Oswal MF Launches ‘Motilal Oswal Multi Asset-Omni Fund of Funds

Mumbai, 22st October 2026: Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF) announced the launch of its latest fund offer, “Motilal Oswal Multi Asset-Omni Fund of Funds”. The scheme is an open-ended fund of funds investing in equity-oriented schemes, debt-oriented schemes, and Gold & Silver ETFs. The fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to multiple asset classes through a single product, with an active asset allocation approach designed to respond to changing market conditions.

The fund follows an asset allocation framework based on macro parameters, valuation and momentum indicators. Its strategy includes equity scheme selection to provide coverage across market capitalisations, active management of exposure in underlying schemes, allocation to debt-oriented schemes and exposure to Gold and Silver ETFs. The approach recognises that asset classes have different characteristics and respond differently to market cycles. Equity markets are influenced by macroeconomic conditions, earnings, valuations, liquidity and market sentiment; debt markets by interest-rate cycles, inflation, policy and credit spreads; gold and silver by the US dollar, real interest rates, geopolitical risks, industrial demand and supply; and REITs by interest rates, rental yields, occupancy levels and investment demand. The strategy provides for dynamic allocation across asset classes.

As per the Scheme Information Document (SID), allocation is as follows:

Minimum 95% – Maximum 100% : Units of domestic equity-oriented schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF), debt oriented schemes and Gold & Silver ETFs of all the mutual funds:
