AHMEDABAD, 30 JANUARY: Asian equity indices opened with the mixed note amid the weak global cues as rollercoaster move was seen across the asset class overnight. U.S. equity index futures edged down after Wall Street closed largely lower, as disappointing earnings from Microsoft stirred fresh concerns about the payoff from hefty AI investments, while investors digested a barrage of other corporate results. Apple has announced better than expected earnings, however share prices are trading in the range after market hours.
