Finolex Industries (FNXP) closed 2% higher as against Nifty closing 0.5% lower yesterday Finolex Industries (Finolex) is the largest player in agriculture pipe segment and the second largest player in Indian pipe market with market share of ~9% Considering the leading position in the Agri-pipe segment and backward integration for the PVC Resin business, sustained cash flow and high dividend pay-out of 45% (average over FY16-FY23), we have BUY rating on the stock, with a Target Price of Rs200.
