MUMBAI, 14 JANUARY: Asian stocks opened with muted note amid the mixed trading cues from western peers while Nikkei opens sharply lower after the long weekend. U.S. stock index futures are in marginal green zone as fears of overly disruptive trade tariffs under President-elect Donald Trump were eased by a report that his team was considering a gradual increase in duties while also comments related to hostage deal between Israel and Hamas by this weekend.
