MUMBAI, 16 DECEMBER: Asian markets opened in the red zone during the opening trade amid the mixed overnight cues. U.S. index Asian markets opened with the mixed note as China again reported weak set of macro data, indicating series of measures unable to support recovery to world’s second largest economy. U.S. stock index futures faces consolidation ahead of Federal Reserve meeting this week kept investors largely to the sidelines in anticipation of more cues on interest rates.
