Global Equities Update, GIFT NIFTY -84 (ADJUSTED)
AHMEDABAD, 16 OCTOBER: Asian equities opened lower and try to find the ground due to weak overnight cues while Taiwan is underperforming as US chipmakers fell during last trading session. U.S. stock index futures are in a tight range after losses in sector specific stocks triggered by weak earnings from ASML and weak guidance from United Health- dragged Wall Street off record highs.
