MUMBAI, 28 MARCH: Asian equities opened in the red zone as the auto tariffs has put weight for the second consecutive day for the Korea and Taiwan while Japanese equities fell on the back of higher than expected inflation readings.

U.S. equity index futures are trading with the mixed note as market sentiments remained cautious before announcements of next week’s President Donald Trump’s reciprocal tariffs, with focus on today’s key Core PCE Price index.
